Okay, so I’m 13 years old and i have been suffering hyperhidrosis for 3 years. I am very skilled in covering it up, and have tried numerous things. I wear a black sweater of some kind over all of my shirts, and it has seemed to hide whats underneath.

I don’t know if this is just God showing me that i need to rise my self esteem or that for some unlucky reason i was cursed with this. My mom decided to go to an organic natural doctor and i found out that acupuncture has helped people before. I’m not sure if I’m ready for this kind of disappointment, but maybe it’s worth it.

I would like to know how reliable this source is, and how much it usually costs. Thank you(:

I am from Philippines and my boyfriend from London UK, I am suffering from hyperhidrosis since birth and my boyfriend took me to the blue water mall where we went to have acupuncture for sweating. My first session seems to be effective but I’m told I still need 9 more sessions before it will be gone forever in my life!!! I cannot wait, I hope this really works and doesn’t end up being a lie!

I am an acupuncturist in practice for 15 years. Worked in neurology practice for 10 and have previous degree in dentistry with internship in surgery. I have treated many cases of hyperhydrosis. Some cases respond splendidly and others not. I never experienced a worsening of symptoms from treatment. I believe needling needs to be subtle- shallow insertions and very little if any manipulation. Generally, less is more. Happy to answer any questions. Located in South Florida.

I’ve tried acupuncture in the past to treat my hyperhidrosis and found that it became worse. the acupuncturist i used was not specialized in the field of hyperhidrosis and i feel like he didn’t really know what he was doing? Where can i find someone with proven experience and results in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia?
